Join the Directors of TAP and Technology for enlightening presentations
Traci Wodlinger, Teacher Advancement Program (TAP) Director for Eagle County Schools, will provide you with a perspective on the nation-wide move towards performance-based compensation for teachers. She will explain the implementation of TAP in Eagle County Schools and will answer questions you may have about the program. Traci is one of only 17 teachers in Colorado who were awarded their National Board Certification in 2005. She brings over 20 years of educational experience to Eagle County along with many honors including being named one of only 40 members of the NASA 2001 Master Teacher Cadre and recipient of the Phi Delta Kappa Award for an Exemplary Educational Program.
John Kuglin, Eagle County Schools Director of Technology, will present his vision for the use of instructional technology in our schools. John is a technology powerhouse who has earned many awards and honors over the course of his career and we are fortunate to have him join us. John was named one of the Top 25 Education Technology Advocates in the U.S., has been featured on CNN for his innovative uses of technology and USA Today selected him as one of 10 teachers nationwide as a USA Today Power Teacher. Learn about the latest tools available for our students and teachers, from video-on-demand to just-in-time delivery of curriculum resources. Our students deserve to learn the skills necessary for tomorrow’s workforce.
