Shala Bickling, District Office
I am not sure if you realize the fantastic job Shala is doing at the front desk. I am pretty sure we have never had anyone, including myself, who has worked up front that has been as pleasant and helpful as Shala. Even though she is very busy helping everyone in the office, she takes time to give 100 percent to people on the phone and walk-ins. I just wanted to pass that along because you may not see the great job she is doing.

Stan Lake, Kevin Rowe, Gary Fagan and Technology Department
My computer has been having major problems for days which caused major instructional nightmares. Kevin Rowe, Gary Fagan and Stan Lake worked so hard to fix the problems with my computer. They worked tirelessly and responded to numerous work repair tickets, always with a smile on their faces.
Earlier in the year, Brooke did a presentation about outstanding customer service. Kevin, Gary and Stan all treated me like I was a cherished paying customer. They fixed my major problem and then continued to follow up to ensure all was still well. To have such incredible employees warms my heart. They solved a serious problem for me.
We are so lucky to have Kevin as our tech guru. He consistently does whatever it takes to make our building run. Thanks, tech department. You really are delivering top notch customer service. You truly made my day!
