Elizabeth Hoeft is a Preschool teacher at JCES. She grew up in St. Paul Minnestoa, received her Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from DePaul Unversity in IL, and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Early Childhood and Special Education at the University of Colorado, Denver. Elizabeth taught preschool in Chicago for three years before moving to the Valley to teach in 2008. She loves watching children learn and pursue their interests at JCES. She enjoys hiking, camping, golf, tennis, biking, and skiing with her black lab (Betty), cat (Bianca) and husband, with whom she will welcome her first baby in June.
