Eagle County Schools utilize a research-based system for evaluating teachers, providing them with support to improve their skills and rewarding them for how well their students learn. Each teacher is evaluated four times a year by trained and certified evaluators using a comprehensive rubric developed to measure teaching skills, knowledge and responsibilities.
