Teachers who do not receive Individual Performance (up to $650) payout based on their own classroom of students receive the average pay out of the teachers in their school who do have their own classroom of students.  Consequently, because an average is used, these teachers will not be able to earn the maximum pay out for the Individual Performance award.  They can earn the maximum amount for School-wide Performance (up to $650) and Knowledge, Skills & Responsibility Performance (up to $1,300).
