First of all, rest assured that PowerSchool and PowerGrade are not going away.  Rather they will work in concert with the new, comprehensive system.  Because of the design of this system, we expect a fairly easy learning curve and we feel the benefit of having longitudinal student-level information at your finger-tips will out-weigh the investment of time in learning something new.  Our plan is to phase in the system one component at a time with the Technology Department working together with the Curriculum Department to provide training to all users.
